The second is to strengthen the implementation of the city's express packaging standards, and further improve the level of standardization, recycling, reduction, and harmfulness. The use of recyclable packaging in the same city has reached 11%, the construction of six municipal "non-waste express outlets", and the use of non-degradable plastic tape is prohibited in the city's postal express outlets.

The third is to continue to promote the basic full coverage of the city's mail express privacy waybill application to protect user information security.

The fourth is to organize and hold vocational skills competitions in the postal industry to continuously improve the quality of employees.

The fifth is to continue to promote the special action of labor contracts in the city's express delivery industry, promote the city's express delivery enterprises to sign labor contracts with employees in accordance with the law, and the proportion of full-time employees in the city to sign labor contracts is not less than 95%.

The sixth is to continue to improve the quality of express service in the city, effectively reduce the city's user complaint rate, and the 24-hour response rate of enterprises is not less than 98%.

Seventh, further improve the quality of postal services, and continue to consolidate the results of 100% direct delivery of postal services to households from incorporated villages; Do a good job in the municipal committee of public support projects, promote the completion of 35 postal barrier-free passage construction.
