On May 19, 2025, a research team from the Economic Research Institute of the Development and Reform Commission of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region visited the Tacheng "Cradle Economy" Ecological Circular Industrial Park under Xinjiang Huaxia Dadi New Materials Group Co., Ltd. to conduct a special investigation on the project planning, construction progress and the development model of the ecological circular industry. This research aims to gain a thorough understanding of the achievements of major industrial projects in the autonomous region and provide decision-making references for the green transformation and high-quality development of the regional economy.
The research team visited the project site in depth, inspected the progress of the construction on the spot, listened to the detailed report of the project leader on the overall planning, construction progress, technological innovation and development goals of the project, and had in-depth exchanges on the practical path of the project in the field of ecological circulation and the optimization of industrial layout.
The research team highly affirmed the planning concept and construction achievements of the project, and put forward specific guiding opinions on the subsequent promotion of the project from the perspectives of regional economic development and industrial policy alignment.
This research has pointed out the direction for the subsequent development of the "cradle Economy" ecological circular industrial park on the Chinese land.
