Xinjiang Huaxiadadi New Materials Group Co., Ltd

Xinjiang Huaxiadadi New Materials Group Co., Ltd.was established on March 9, 2023. The actual controlling shareholders are the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China, China CITIC Group Corporation, and Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, all of which are wholly-owned state-owned enterprises. The company is mainly committed to the construction of ecological cycle system and the development, construction and operation of new energy. At present, the company takes the "Cradle Economy" ecological circular industrial park project as its core project. Based on the advantages of raw materials in the project location, the company produces green ecological products such as biodegradable materials such as polylactic acid, environmentally friendly boards, edible fungi, and degradable films through deep processing of corn and comprehensive utilization of straw technology. Following the United Nations' "Cradle Economy" ecological circular development model, a large-scale circular economy industrial park is constructed. The industrial park is based in Tacheng, Xinjiang, relying on the Chinese Academy of Sciences and major research institutes to introduce talents and technologies, transform scientific and technological achievements of the institutes, promote industrial scale development, and cultivate and develop emerging strategic industries. The company plans to use the "Cradle Economy" industrial park in Tacheng as a base to radiate within Xinjiang in the next few years, integrate resources within the region, and build several "Cradle Economy" industrial parks of the same scale, turning the land of Huaxia into a dark horse in China's polylactic acid industry and a new driving force for industrial development< The company promotes the coordinated development of industries such as wind solar hydrogen storage, new energy, clean energy, and new ecology of mobile energy. With leading green, low-carbon, and zero carbon technologies, the company continues to provide clean, safe, and efficient green and inclusive energy to society. Adhere to driving enterprise innovation and development with green energy technology, and create a new "Technology Huaxia" and "Green Huaxia" under the national strategic background of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality"< Xinjiang Huaxia Dadi Biomaterials Co., Ltd. will comprehensively integrate technical talents, market channels, and financial platforms in the fields of ecological cycle system construction and new energy construction, striving to build the enterprise into a leading enterprise in the industry.

The current technological development status of polylactic acid (PLA) fibers

Polylactic acid (PLA) fibers are made from biomass resources such as corn, sugar cane, and wheat. These resources are converted into sugar and then fermented by microorganisms to obtain lactic acid monomers. These monomers are subsequently polymerized to form PLA polymers, which are then further processed into fiber products.

Polylactic acid (PLA): The Environmental Star in Degradable Plastics

Entering the supermarket and opening the food delivery app, the word "biodegradable" can be seen everywhere - the green labels on shopping bags, the environmental commitments on food containers, and the safety endorsements for baby products, all are announcing the arrival of the era of degradable plastics.

The team led by Professor Wu Hao and Zhang Jianming from Qingke University has made new progress in the study of the crystallization competition mechanism and morphology control of polylactic acid porous materials.

Polylactic acid (PLA) exhibits excellent biocompatibility and degradability, and thus has great potential in biomedical applications such as tissue engineering and drug delivery.

The team of Academician Tan Tianwei has written an article: Progress and Future Trends of Key Technologies in China's Biomanufacturing

Biological manufacturing, as an important technological path for achieving green, low-carbon and sustainable development, is accelerating its evolution along the entire industrial chain of "raw materials - technology - process - product".

Straw "transforms waste into treasure" enters the fast lane of industrialization

From January 9th to 10th, the 2025 annual summary meeting of the "Key Technologies and Industrialization of Efficient Carbon Sequestration and High-Value Product Preparation from Straw and Efficient Carbon Sequestration and Carbon Enhancement Technology Products Enhancement and Application" projects of the "14th Five-Year Plan" National Key Research and Development Program, which was guided by the Science and Technology Development Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and led by the Institute of Agricultural Environment and Sustainable Development of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, was held in Nanjing.

PLA fibers help increase production at Liaohe Oilfield, with remarkable results.

On January 12th, a reporter from China Petroleum Network learned from Liaohe Oilfield that in 2025, the cumulative production of new wells in the three reservoir protection test blocks created by this oilfield was significantly higher than that of neighboring wells.

Polylactic acid (PLA): The "Advanced Path" and Realistic Challenges of Biodegradable Polymers and the Strong Version Engine

The performance of polylactic acid is fundamentally determined by the "microscopic appearance level" of its crystals. Pure PLA typically forms disordered spherical crystal structures when cooled, with a crystallinity of usually only 30%-40%, resulting in a brittle material with poor heat resistance. The glass transition temperature (Tg) is only 55-65℃, and it easily deforms when exposed to a slight increase in temperature. To solve this problem, the research team has carried out precise control studies on the crystal morphology.

Rise of Biobased Materials: Current Status and Enterprise Layout of PLA and PHAs

Driven by the "dual carbon" goal, the global "plastic ban" policy, and the national strategy for bio-manufacturing, biobased materials, as a key driver for the transformation from the "black economy" to the "green economy", are experiencing an accelerated development period. They are moving from concept validation to large-scale substitution, and have become the core direction of the green transformation in the chemical industry.
