On April 13, 2025, Xinjiang Huaxia Dadi New Materials Group Co., Ltd. and JinDan Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the "Starch - Lactic Acid - Poly Lactic Acid" full industrial chain project of the Taicheng Cradle Economic Ecological Circular Park. This marks an important step for the Taicheng region in the field of bio-manufacturing.
On that day, Wang Dongsheng, the Secretary of the Tacheng Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, and his delegation visited the Jindan Technology Industrial Park for an inspection and investigation, gaining a thorough understanding of the company's development and technological strength, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two sides.
The vast land of China and Jindan Technology (a listed company on the A-share market and a leading enterprise in the domestic lactic acid industry) have reached a cooperation on the investment in the economic cycle industry of Tacheng Cradle. Both sides will join hands to promote the development of the deep processing industry of lactic acid and polylactic acid, focusing on application industries such as 3D printing, modified mulch film, PBAT, and CPLA. The aim is to seek benefits for all mankind, promote the development of biodegradable materials, and help solve environmental problems such as "white pollution".
It is learned that before the formal agreement was signed, Jindan Technology had already invested tens of millions of yuan in research and development funds in the entire industrial chain related to starch, lactic acid, and polylactic acid projects, demonstrating its determination and sincerity to join hands with Huaxia Dadi to connect the entire industrial chain. Huaxia Dadi has also actively facilitated the investment promotion and implementation of key bio-manufacturing projects in Tacheng Prefecture and Tacheng City, making outstanding contributions to the development of Tacheng and receiving high attention from leaders at all levels of Tacheng Prefecture and Tacheng City. Both parties have signed a joint development agreement and will jointly promote the implementation of the Huaxia Dadi Industrial Park, opening a new chapter in the development of Tacheng.
Henan Jin Dan Lactic Acid Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1984 and is a high-tech enterprise integrating the research, production, and sales of lactic acid, lactate salt, lactate ester, caprolactone, PLA, PBAT, modified starch, etc. The company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Growth Enterprise Market in 2020 and is the first A-share listed company in the lactic acid industry in China. After years of development, Jin Dan Technology has successfully explored a path of deep integration of corn intensive processing in the plain agricultural area and circular economy, having multiple subsidiaries and first-class research platforms and teams, establishing several research platforms such as the National Enterprise Technology Center and Lactic Acid Technology Engineering Technology Research Center, forming a five-in-one scientific and technological innovation and management team composed of academicians, professors, and doctoral students, achieving fruitful results in technological research and development, undertaking and completing over 50 technical projects including the 863 Program, and many technologies reaching international advanced or leading levels, filling the world's gap, and winning numerous science and technology awards. Currently, the company is vigorously exploring the application of lactic acid in the field of biodegradable new materials and has invested in the construction of a 10,000-ton per year caprolactone co-production poly(lactic acid) project.
This strategic cooperation between Huaxia Dadi and Jin Dan Technology will fully leverage the strengths of both parties, and is expected to bring new economic growth points to the Tacheng region, promote local industrial upgrading, and also inject new impetus into the development of China's biodegradable material industry, making positive contributions to the environmental protection cause.
