April 24th, 2026, Xue Guiqiang, a member of the Party Committee of Taicheng Prefecture and the Deputy Commissioner of the Administrative Office, visited the "Cradle Economy" ecological circular industrial park project site in Taicheng, China. He inspected the construction progress on-site and inquired about the implementation of enterprise funds, raw material organization, water, electricity and gas supply, as well as the preparations for resumption of work. The heads of relevant departments from the regional and Taicheng City Development and Reform Commission and Industry and Information Technology Bureau accompanied the visit.
During the research, Deputy Commissioner Xue Guiqiang had an in-depth conversation with Chairman Lin Fei, carefully inquiring about the organization of project raw materials, acquisition methods, resumption arrangements, as well as water, electricity and gas usage conditions. He comprehensively understood and deployed each related task one by one.
In terms of the guarantee of water, electricity and gas resources, Deputy Commissioner Xue Guiqiang carefully verified all the situations on site, clearly defined responsibilities and put forward requirements. He thoroughly understood the scale of project electricity, water and gas usage, price negotiations, as well as water sources, gas supply routes, etc., emphasizing that the guarantee of these resources is the key to the project's progress. Government departments should proactively step forward, collaborate with enterprises, jointly calculate production costs, implement the tiered pricing policy for large users, and ensure that the more usage, the more favorable the price. Truly ensure the supply of water, electricity and gas, and help enterprises reduce costs and solve practical difficulties. In terms of raw material supply, Deputy Commissioner Xue Guiqiang inquired about the project's straw demand, acquisition model and local raw material supply situation. He emphasized that enterprises can establish stable supply and demand cooperation with large enterprises to ensure raw material supply and reduce risks. It was clearly stated that local raw materials can meet production needs, and the relevant departments were required to do a good job in coordination and guarantee.
Vice Commissioner Xue Guiqiang pointed out that this project is a key ecological circular industry project in the Tacheng Prefecture. The Party committee and government have fully supported the project construction and will actively help enterprises solve problems and difficulties, strengthening their confidence in development. All levels of departments should enhance services and ensure implementation, promptly resolving issues encountered in the project's progress, and providing solid factor guarantees and services to accelerate the project's construction and bring it into production and effectiveness as soon as possible.
Chairman Lin Fei stated that Vice Commissioner Xue Guiqiang's current visit to the site and on-site office work directly addressed the problems and solved the practical difficulties for the enterprise, further strengthening the enterprise's confidence in development.
