From the special industrial guidance policies such as the "Three-Year Action Plan for Accelerating the Innovation and Development of Non-food Bio-based Materials" and the "Work Plan for Stabilizing Growth of the Light Industry (2025-2026)", to the special fund support mechanisms like the "Administrative Measures for Central Budgetary Investment for Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction", and to the legal guarantee measures such as the "Draft of the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" - all these have formed a complete policy loop covering industrial planning, technological innovation, financial support, scenario expansion and compliance supervision. This provides solid and systematic institutional support for the standardized development, large-scale application and high-quality upgrading of the polylactic acid degradable plastic industry.
