Edible Fungi Project

Edible Fungi Project

In traditional agriculture, corn stalks and corn husks are usually treated as waste. However, in our company, these "waste materials" have initiated an ecological cycle reversal!

Corn stalks and corn husks are crushed, supplemented with materials for fermentation, and then packed into bags. These bags can be used as fungal culture packages for growing mushrooms. After use, the bags can also be scattered back into the soil as fertilizer for the next year, thereby enhancing the fertility of the farmland and improving the soil quality.

Apart from export, all the remaining mushroom packages produced by the company are used for cultivating oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms and golden ears. This not only enhances the utilization rate of corn raw materials, but also further develops the commercial value of corn, achieving the cycle of coming from the land and returning to the land.

Turn waste into treasure, and value soars

Corn stalks and corn husks are crushed and undergo enhanced fermentation to produce high-quality mycelial packs. These mycelial packs are rich in nutrients and serve as ideal substrates for the growth of fungi such as oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms, and golden ears. This not only enhances the utilization rate of corn raw materials but also discovers a new commercial value of corn, transforming agricultural by-products into a new source of green economic momentum.

Closed-loop ecosystem, returning to the land

After the mushroom packages complete the cultivation of mushrooms, they transform into natural fertilizers. The rich organic matter and trace elements they contain can enhance the fertility of farmland and improve soil quality, achieving an ecological closed-loop of "coming from the land and returning to the land", and promoting sustainable agricultural development.

Industrial extension, multiple win-win situations

Apart from being exported, the company's mushroom spawn is used for other agricultural activities. The remaining spawn is used for self-sustaining cultivation of high-quality mushrooms. The "produce spawn - cultivate mushrooms - return to the soil" model not only builds a complete industrial chain, creating economic benefits, but also fulfills ecological responsibilities, achieving a two-way empowerment of the industry and the environment.

Technology as the backbone, quality guaranteed

From raw material selection, fermentation control to final product testing, we strictly control the entire process of mushroom bag production through innovative techniques and scientific management, providing stable and reliable high-quality carriers for the growth of mushrooms.

In the future, we will continue to deepen our efforts, enabling more agricultural waste to regain its vitality, and contribute to enhancing agricultural productivity, increasing farmers' income, and promoting ecological greening!
