In 2025, all regions and departments will intensify the implementation of more proactive and effective macro policies, accelerate the advancement of new industrialization, and promote the stable and positive operation of the industrial economy. Industrial enterprises' profits will increase throughout the year, reversing the three-year decline trend. New driving forces such as equipment manufacturing and high-tech manufacturing have played a significant role, while the profit structure of traditional industries has continued to improve.
The quality and efficiency of industrial development have been continuously enhanced. The upgrading and quality improvement of traditional industries have continuously strengthened the new industrial momentum. In 2025, the development effectiveness of new quality productive forces in traditional industries will continue to be evident, with profits significantly higher than the industry average. In the chemical industry, the profits of bio-chemical pesticides and microbial pesticides manufacturing, and cultural information chemicals manufacturing industries increased by 20.7% and 15.2% respectively compared to the previous year, which were 28.0 percentage points and 22.5 percentage points higher than the average level of the chemical industry; in the chemical fiber and power industries, the profits of bio-based chemical fibers manufacturing and biomass energy power generation industries increased by 88.6% and 47.9% respectively, which were 93.1 percentage points and 34.0 percentage points higher than the average level of the respective major industries.
