On August 4, 2026, Yu Xiaodong, a member of the Prefectural Party Committee and Secretary of the CPC Committee of Tacheng City, visited the Tacheng “Cradle Economy” Ecological Circular Industrial Park of Xinjiang Huaxia Dadi New Materials Group Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site inspection of the project’s construction progress. Accompanying him on the inspection were Ye’erbulati Rejiapu, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Mayor of Tacheng City, and Zhao Yongjun, Director of the Tacheng Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Information Technology and Industry, among others.
At the research site, heads of relevant departments provided detailed reports on the progress of park construction.
Mayor Yu Xiaodong pointed out that current economic development faces significant pressure, with many enterprises encountering numerous difficulties in market expansion, capital turnover, and daily operations. All levels and departments must take initiative, provide proactive services, go deep into enterprises, sincerely help resolve their problems, precisely assist in overcoming operational challenges, and resolutely prevent companies from bearing burdens alone and struggling to survive.
Relevant units should actively put themselves in the shoes of enterprises, base policies on actual business conditions, and thoroughly implement various enterprise-supporting measures to ensure policy benefits reach companies directly. They should continuously optimize approval, supervision, and service processes, streamline procedures, reduce unnecessary non-productive interference, genuinely lighten the burden on enterprises, and allow them to focus on construction and production with peace of mind. Functional departments should establish a regular mechanism for government-enterprise communication and follow-up, closely track project progress, address enterprise needs, and promptly coordinate solutions to bottlenecks and difficulties during construction and operation. With thoughtful, practical, precise, and efficient services, they should fully support stable operations and steady growth of enterprises.
